I am excited to tell you about a new project I have been working on for the past month or so! I hope you will like it as much as I think you will.

If you don't have time to read this all now, please print it out and take a few minutes to go through it soon. This is revolutionary stuff that could change your life! This has such powerful potential, I hope you will forward this message to any friends or colleagues you feel may be interested!

We have just put the finishing touches to the Happiness Minute, a website where you can sign up to listen to an "audio postcard" from me each week talking about some aspect of happiness. Each of these messages is about 60 seconds long and includes a link to a transcript for printing and later reference if you wish.

"Why should I bother?" you may well ask. The idea behind the Happiness Minute is to get around a problem we all seem to have nowadays: time. At the same time we utilize a positive natural process we all possess, but often use unconsciously with negative consequences: habit.

If you are anything like me, you probably find it difficult to get everything you have to get done in just the twenty-four hours we have each day. This means you don't have enough time to think of yourself and whether you are really and truly happy or not. Spending just 60 seconds a week with me talking to you about happiness will help to bring your needs and your happiness to the forefront of your mind at least once a week.

This regular once-a-week "meeting" serves another purpose too - it will help you develop what I call the "Happiness Habit." Let me explain.

In my counselling and hypnotherapy practice, I have assisted many people overcome obsessive and addictive behavior. One of the methods used to do this is to replace a bad habit, with a good one. Some of the messages I bring you in my audio postcards will have familiar themes, others will be new. This is intentional. For habits to form, they require reminders and repetition, and the happiness habit is no exception.

Even if you are already happy, these audio postcards will provide interesting food for thought and, I hope, enhance your life even further.

So do yourself a favor. Go to
and sign up to try it out. You have nothing to lose, because you can unsubscribe at any time - however I strongly suggest that you persevere. The effect of this kind of program tends to sneak up on you after a month or more , so it may take a while to realize that you really are happier!

Check out the website, and listen to the message I posted there about the Happiness Minute. While there, take the next step and signing up.

I Wish You happiness!
